Shift Pattern: Primarily daytime hours in line with corporate operations, with flexibility required based on business needs
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus public holidays
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Bennett Hay as a Corporate Operations Manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of workplace catering and hospitality services across London. The role covers cafés, hospitality services, fine dining, and corporate events within a Business & Industry (B&I) environment.
You will take full operational and financial responsibility for multiple client accounts, ensuring service excellence, innovation, and strong relationship management. This is a highly autonomous role where you will drive improvements, introduce new ideas, and elevate service standards across the portfolio. You will also play a key role in business growth, supporting new contract wins and leading the successful mobilisation of new sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi‑site catering and hospitality operations across a corporate portfolio
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
- Lead, develop, and inspire teams, building a high‑performance and engaged workforce
- Drive financial performance, managing budgets, costs, and profitability
- Identify and implement innovative service improvements, processes, and technologies
- Ensure exceptional guest experience across all services and touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to deliver seamless operations
- Support business development through involvement in pitches and new contract mobilisation
- Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in multi‑site B&I catering or hospitality operations management
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams
- Excellent client relationship management experience
- Commercial awareness with experience managing P&L and operational performance
- Passion for food, hospitality, and current industry trends
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with a “can‑do” attitude
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Good understanding of operational systems, compliance, and service standards
