We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Corporate Hospitality Sous Chef to join our team in a high-end corporate environment in Marylebone. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring smooth service, organisation, and consistent delivery
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and attention to detail at all times
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support and mentor junior chefs, contributing to their development and performance
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding hospitality service
- Assist in menu development, tastings, and continuous improvement of food offerings
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-managed kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and a variety of cuisines
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
