About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, reliable Hospitality Assistants to support our corporate hospitality and café operations across a range of Central London (Zone 1) client locations. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivering smooth, professional service, maintaining excellent standards, and ensuring meeting and hospitality spaces are set up and supported throughout the day. If you enjoy working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day hospitality delivery, including:
- Maintaining clean, tidy, and well‑stocked hospitality and service areas
- Supporting café operations, including restocking and keeping service points presentable
- Handling card transactions accurately and efficiently (where applicable)
- Ensuring meeting rooms are fully prepared, with hospitality items delivered promptly and professionally
- Setting up meeting rooms, including partitions, tables, and seating arrangements
- Managing breakfast, mid‑morning, and afternoon service set‑ups and clear‑downs
- Washing up crockery and catering equipment to maintain ongoing service readiness
- Supporting evening cover, cake trolley service, and event set‑up when required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience for clients and guests
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Entry level (corporate hospitality experience is preferred)
- Flexibility to work across multiple Central London (Zone 1) locations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
- Reliable, positive, and proactive approach
- Fluent written and spoken English
