Supplier Quality Manager to lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers, driving supplier performance, containment activities and quality improvements across a complex, low-volume manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on quality professional with strong leadership experience within the automotive sector.

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Supplier Quality Engineers.
- Manage supplier containment, controlled shipping (CSL1/CSL2) and supplier recovery activities.
- Act as the escalation point for critical supplier quality issues.
- Ensure robust containment plans are implemented to protect production.
- Drive supplier corrective actions using 8D, 5 Whys and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Monitor supplier KPIs including PPM, quality escapes and corrective action performance.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing and Programme teams to minimise disruption.
- Provide regular reporting on supplier performance and recovery plans.
