Titanium Welder required for an automotive small/medium component manufacturer based in Daventry. The ideal candidate will have experience in titanium welding and live within a commutable distance of Daventry.

Job Overview

  • To use TIG welding equipment to manufacture parts and assemblies as required, meeting defined production schedules.
  • Have experience of welding titanium in an inert atmosphere (Purge chamber, glovebox or cabinet).
  • To manufacture quality parts & assemblies from jigs & fixtures.
  • Preparing and setup of necessary tools and equipment for welding jobs - carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machines.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Shopfloor Supervisor / Operations Director.

Job Requirements

  • Must have experience in welding Titanium in a purge chamber.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Commutable distance of Daventry.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary- Circa £35,000.
  • Working hours - Monday - Friday 8-4.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
