Job Overview
- Reporting to the Engineering Director, you'll be responsible for bringing customers' automation concepts to life.
- You'll work across a wide range of projects, from standalone solutions to full turnkey automation systems.
- The role is predominantly office/factory-based but will involve occasional travel to customer sites.
- Conceptual design of automation solutions.
- Site layout design.
- Project management and ownership of customer projects from concept through to delivery.
- Ensuring all projects meet high quality standards and are delivered on time.
Job Requirements
- We're open to applications from both graduates and experienced engineers - what matters most is your passion, problem-solving ability, and positive attitude.
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, OR minimum 3 years' CAD draughting experience.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor (or similar 3D design software).
- Experience in special purpose machinery design (ideal).
- Fluent in English (a second language is a bonus).
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to travel when required.
