Our client is a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in London, with a strong reputation built over more than 25 years of successful operations. Due to ongoing growth and sustained success within the business, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Sales Manager to join their team.
The Contracts Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance contracts, both new sales and renewals. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and timely creation of quotes and contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth processing and invoicing.
The Contracts Sales Manager will be working across London, all work will be inside the M25. The role will be working hybrid from the company's office in SW London.

The Contracts Sales Manager will drive new maintenance contract sales, manage renewals, and maintain strong client relationships.
