A Service Coordinator is required for our client, a leading Air Conditioning and Mechanical company known for delivering comprehensive design, installation, service, and maintenance solutions to a broad client base. Due to the ongoing success and steady growth of the business, they are now seeking to add a Service Coordinator to their expanding team.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing the daily engineering schedule for both planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Maintaining consistent communication with clients regarding the status and timelines of projects.
- Effectively liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Scheduling London and home counties PPM visits for the Engineering division.
- Answering inbound calls from clients.
- Raising and scheduling jobs.
- Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works.
- Client liaising/updating on timescales of works.
- Raising purchase orders.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the HVAC and FM industry.
- Office based in Romford.
- Previous role held as Service Coordinator/Helpdesk or similar.
- Highly adept in handling inbound calls for customer queries and service requests.
- Highly proficient in CAFM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Administration responsibilities including filing, preparing documents, receipting, keeping and updating records.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary of Β£28,000-Β£32,000 DOE.
- 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday working hours.
- 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with service.
