Job Description
Our client, a highly regarded multidisciplinary construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in either their Guildford or London office. The practice is known for its high-quality, partner-led approach and for building lasting relationships with clients across both the public and private sectors.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
- Deliver cost consultancy services on a range of projects, including feasibility, cost planning, procurement and post-contract duties
- Manage projects through pre- and post-contract stages under a variety of procurement routes and contract types (primarily JCT)
- Produce tender documentation, manage contract administration, variations and valuations
- Attend site meetings, liaise with clients and contractors, and monitor financial performance
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior members of the team
- Assist with business development and support the preparation of fee proposals
