Our client, a multi-disciplinary Consultancy, based in Bristol, are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on numerous commercial projects with a large number of these being in the educational sector. The role will be based from the office on Bristol with travel to projects. Duties will include all aspects of Building Surveying including; dilapidations, condition surveys, specification writing, contract admin and project-based work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy with excellent work life balance.
