Our client are a growing, Top 50 multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, providing a wide range of services across the majority of industry sectors including commercial, health, education, defence, residential and community. They have been established for almost 100 years and have ambitious growth plans for their offices across the country. They now require a Senior or Principal Building Services (Mechanical) Engineer to join them on a full-time permanent basis in their Billericay office. Senior/Principal Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) Salary & Benefits Salary: £35k – £75k (Guide only – DOE) – Open from Intermediate to Principal level. Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service and including a Christmas shutdown. Hybrid / remote working Competitive Company Pension scheme. Membership fees.
