A well established accountancy firm based in Romford are recruiting for a Senior Auditor to join their modern practice on a full time, permanent basis. The firm have a wide client base across Health Professionals, the service sector, construction industry, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers and hospitality. They are seeking an experienced Auditor to join their audit team to work with their local and international clients.

In this role you will work with the audit team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical audit and other accountancy services:

  • Assist with / Lead on-site audit fieldwork at clients' premises
  • Liaise with clients' senior management
  • Supervising the audit team onsite
  • Responsible for completion of audit files
  • Responsible for drafting of audited financial statements
  • You will report direct to the firm's Partner
  • Run all audit process from planning through to completion
  • Liaise with clients to assist with planning and to complete assignments

Qualifications:

  • Fully or part qualified ACA/ACCA
  • Ideally 3 years experience in an audit based role
  • Experience in completing audit files
  • Previous accountancy practice experience
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the Directors needs
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:

  • £30-£45,000 dependant on skills and experience
  • Based locally to Romford
  • A passport holder - there will be an element of international travel!
  • Study support available for the right individual
