Regional Sales Manager required for a well-established manufacturer of road sweeping cleansing vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing account management to an existing territory and take responsibility for all sales activities from lead generation to close. It is anticipated the successful candidate will have a proven sales management background within a manufacturing industry.

Job Overview

  • Managing client relationships through the sales cycle.
  • Providing one-on-one and group sales presentations.
  • To assist and enhance tender replies for new equipment.
  • To actively promote all revenue streams for Scarab Sweepers with the territory including but not limited to, new equipment, pre-used equipment, equipment hire, contract maintenance, service and parts.
  • To react to all new sales enquiries, either by telephone or email, in a quick and efficient manner ensuring all enquiries and quotes are promptly followed up.
  • To participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events.

Job Requirements

  • Proven background within Sales Management and Account Management.
  • Experience within an automotive, manufacturing or similar field.
  • Located in the Central Belt, Scotland or surrounding areas.
  • Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel.
  • Proficient user of Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £60,000 - £65,500 per annum.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Permanent position.
  • Holiday allowance and pension.
