Specializing in bespoke automation, robotics integration, and special purpose machinery, this company is seeking a Robotics Controls Engineer who is hands-on, proactive, and aligned with a high-integrity, high-commitment team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and programming PLC, HMI/touchscreen, network and SCADA systems from scratch
- Designing, programming and integrating industrial robotic solutions (FANUC ideally but not essential)
- Work collaboratively on bespoke automation and robotic integration projects
- Developing control architectures and functional solutions in collaboration with mechanical and electrical design teams
- Perform in-house build and test activities, with periodic travel for commissioning and support (UK North America)
