Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
- Bonus scheme (details to be discussed at interview)

Job Overview
- Preparing detailed cost plans and accurate budget forecasts for residential schemes
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis to support project viability
- Managing tender processes, evaluating bids, and negotiating with subcontractors
- Monitoring budgets and tracking project expenditure
- Overseeing contract administration, variations, and interim valuations
- Preparing and negotiating final accounts to ensure strong commercial outcomes
Job Requirements
- Experience with a housebuilder or developer (open to both SME and PLC backgrounds)
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Well-versed in the full project process from groundworks to handover
- Willingness to travel to the Reigate head office and site locations as required (initial sites in Kent / East Sussex)
- Open to experienced Quantity Surveyors or Assistant Quantity Surveyors ready to step up
