Currently recruiting for a Project Architect for a well-established and award winning Chartered practice based in Chichester. This practice is passionate about creating detailed designs that improve the built environment. The Project Architect will be working on a range of projects within the Residential, Industrial, MOD, Education, Commercial and Sustainability sectors. Project values can be anything from smaller scale, up to projects that are around £50 million + in value.

The appointed Project Architect will play a key role in leading and coordinating projects through all RIBA stages, from concept through to completion. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a talented team, take ownership of design delivery, and contribute to the continued success of this dynamic practice.

Project Architect Position Overview

  • Lead project from feasibility and concept design through to technical delivery and on site stages
  • Manage client relationships
  • Prepare and oversee detailed drawings and specifications
