Office Sales Manager opportunity available with our client, a supplier of industrial hosing and ducting solutions for a wide range of industries, including food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and agriculture, based out of their offices in Cradley Heath (on the outskirts of Dudley).

This role will involve providing administration and customer service support to a wide range of businesses. The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising directly with customers over the phone and through emails
  • Following up on quotations
  • Overseeing inventory levels and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently
  • Providing general administration and customer service support internally to sales and warehouse teams

The ideal candidate will have a basic technical understanding of the engineering sector, including backgrounds such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Plumbing, Agriculture, Electrical Engineering, Fire Security, etc. Full training on our client’s products within the industrial hosing sector will be provided.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience, ideally from an engineering background
  • Strong administration skills, with previous experience assisting with customer orders, liaising with sales teams, and managing inventory levels
  • Experience using ERP and CRM systems
  • Based within a commutable distance of Cradley Heath (DY2 postcode), and happy to work in the office five days a week
  • Computer literate, and confident in using the full Microsoft Office package

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: £30,000 - £37,000, negotiable depending on experience
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
  • 1 hour lunch break
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • Office-based - DY2 postcode
