Internal Sales Engineer required for a well-established and growing provider of contract manufacturing services based in the Keighley, West Yorkshire area. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking a Sales Engineer to assist with management of existing customer accounts whilst developing relationships with new accounts.
Position Overview:
- Supporting the sales and projects teams to manage customer accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Supporting the preparation of quotations for customers
- Assisting after sales support with customers
- Updating and maintaining the ERP CRM system
- Assisting with obtaining project commercial information for the team from customers
Position Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field, or have equivalent experience
- A good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
