Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Havant
Salary: £30,000- £34,000 (4 day working week)
Quality Inspector required for a precision engineering company based in Havant. Specialising in the subcontract manufacture of high-accuracy components and assemblies for demanding industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, and underwater sectors.
Quality Inspector Position Overview
- Perform routine mechanical and visual inspection of parts (pre- and post-treatment), including first-off inspections.
- Working within an AS9100-compliant quality management system to deliver robust components on time and with excellent precision.
- Inspect using manual measuring methods and CMM where required.
- Prepare and issue customer-required paperwork, including First Article Inspection Reports, SCARs, NCRs and other documentation as specified.
- Submit quality documentation through customer portals accurately and on time.
Quality Inspector Position Requirements
- Experience working in a precise and detail-driven manufacturing environment
- Have a good understanding of inspection techniques and quality documentation.
- Understanding of techicnal engineering drawings
Quality Inspector Position Remuneration
- Salary- £30,000- £34,000
- 37 hours per week (Monday-Thursday, 12:00-21:45)
