Bennett and Game are partnering with an IT & Cyber Security company actively looking to take on a Junior Engineer to assist in the growth within their business based in Waterlooville. This is a fantastic opportunity to get real on the job training and development alongside nationally recognised certifications and eventually progressing into 2 and 3 Line Support Engineer roles.
As a 1st Line Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers when issues arise. Your primary responsibility is to deliver friendly, professional support and learn fast.
Job Overview- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Resolve straightforward technical issues with support from the team.
- Engage in training, shadowing, and continual learning.
- A genuine interest in IT and a willingness to learn.
- Some exposure to IT support or customer service is a plus, but not required.
