Our client have been established for over 40 years, building and maintaining excellent relationships with their clients leading to around 80% of projects being from these repeat clients. They work in a variety of different sectors primarily covering Commercial, Science, Leisure, Healthcare and Education projects. They have a passion and drive for delivering quality and sustainable designs. Projects typically are anything up to around £10m in value.
Associate Director Job Overview- Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource allocation
- Play an integral role in expanding and developing the office (currently a team of 15)
- Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships and frameworks
- Lead key client commissions and frameworks, ensuring successful project delivery
- Work closely with other senior management team members to coordinate business development initiatives
- Lead projects teams across different sectors from inception to completion
- Help shape and grow the practices presence
- Contribute to the firms strategic direction, defining the practice vision and growth
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage resources and drive team performance
- A commercially astute individual with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise existing client relationships
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent financial acumen, including a solid understanding of fee management and cost control
- Desire to become an Equity Partner of the firm
- Good knowledge of Revit
- Ability to help, lead and manage an Architectural practice of circa 15 staff
- Competitive salary £80,000 - £90,000 DOE
