An Electronics Design Engineer required for a leading control and technology solutions manufacturer, based in Tonbridge, Kent. The successful electronics design engineer will need to be able to deal with all aspects of the companies current and planned product range and have a profound technical knowledge within controls and circuit design. A strong candidate profile benefit, would be to have some experience in mobile phone app design and development. Electronics Design Engineer Job Overview * Perform analogue (primarily audio) circuit design, including class "D" power amplifiers. * Digital circuit design, including processors and interfaces. * Working with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth for streaming audio content. * Embedded firmware design using "C" programming language in a GCC environment. * Embedded Linux on ARM platforms and digital signal processing. * Understanding of product design in relation to the regulatory requirements for EMC, ESD and the Radio Equipment Directive. * Use MS office packages and Cadence OrCAD design tool.
