Position: Project Architect
Location: Brighton
Salary: Up to £55,000 + hybrid working + 1pm finish on a Friday
Following recent project wins, our client, an award-winning architectural practice, are looking for a Project Architect in their growing Brighton office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing exceptional projects across either their Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sectors.

Position Overview
- Work through RIBA stages 1-7
- Lead the design development and technical delivery of educational projects across all RIBA stages
- Act as project lead on projects, ensuring design quality, statutory compliance, and client objectives are consistently met
- Manage and collaborate with teams
- Ensure programme milestones are met with confidence and clarity
- Producing high quality drawings using Revit
Position Requirements
- Previous background working in either the Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sectors
- Experience in primary and secondary school design
- Exposure to all RIBA stages
- Proficient in Revit
- Experience running projects and managing teams
