Our client, an award-winning Property Consultancy based in Poole, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join them to work within their Building Surveying team, focusing on Residential, Commercial Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Office Space, Technology, Transport and Leisure. The workstream will be a mix of both professional and project work across the region.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years building surveying experience on a mix of professional and project work in the commercial sector. This position is open to Assistant level candidates through to MRICS qualified individuals.
Position Overview- Projects across the residential, commercial and framework sectors
- Project delivery and project management
- Dilapidations
- Schedule of conditions surveys
- Tender reviews
- Party wall work
- Specification writing
- Relevant degree in Building Surveying or similar
- Full driving licence
- Minimum of 2 years building surveying experience on a mix of professional and project work in the commercial sector
- Based in a commuting distance of Poole (or looking to relocate there)
