Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary practice, is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in either the Stockport or Liverpool office. Due to increasing workload, we are looking for an ambitious individual to contribute to a variety of projects across the education, ecclesiastical, and commercial sectors. As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be guided and mentored on how to design and manage both projects and professional work. Key responsibilities will include conducting condition surveys, writing reports, preparing funding bids, and budget estimates, drafting tender specifications, and managing planning and building regulations applications. You will eventually oversee contract administration and project management from initial design through procurement and on-site delivery. This role offers excellent opportunities for career development as a graduate/assistant, allowing the right candidate to progress within a well-established and respected firm and receive APC support to become MRICS qualified. Open to Graduates who hold a RICS-Accredited Degree in Building Surveying.
