We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager, based in Aberdeen, to join a thriving principal contractor working primarily on façade remediation projects. With a full order book up until 2027, consisting of a range of projects (with values up to £22 million) including stadiums, residential high-rise buildings and commercial blocks and a strong client base of repeat business, a Site Manager is required to help facilitate the ongoing growth of the company.
It is envisioned that the successful candidate will have prior experience within fire remediation or with a cladding contractor. With ambitious plans to grow turnover to £50 million this year, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking business that combines strong financial foundations with a clear vision for long-term success.
