Position: Electrical Contracts Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
Electrical Project Manager required for an established construction and building services company based in Wombourne, delivering electrical projects across commercial, industrial, rail, and specialist infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical construction projects from contract award through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
- Project planning.
- Resource coordination.
- Subcontractor management.
- Cost control.
- Procurement.
- Health and safety compliance.
- Client liaison.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical building services and installations.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Based within commutable distance of Wombourne, with flexibility to travel to project sites as required, around the Midlands.
- Previous experience delivering rail projects highly advantageous.
- ECS or CSCS Card and / or SMSTS qualification advantageous.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary - £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
- Car allowance - £6,000
