We currently have an opportunity available with a well-established contractor within the electrical sector who have specialised in providing electrical compliance services to prestigious commercial clients across London and the South East for the past 20+ years.
Job Overview
- Overseeing the day-to-day electrical compliance contracts department within the company
- Directly managing a team of schedulers, contract administrators, electrical supervisors and both employed and contracted electricians
- Visiting clients on site, pricing remedial and small works, and providing technical support to engineers and clients
- Carrying out technical engineering audits and site inspections
- Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team and Project Managers to assist in the overall growth of the business
Job Requirements
- Electrically-qualified – holding Electrical NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and 2391 Inspection and testing (or equivalents)
- Strong background within the commercial electrical contracting sector, ideally from a maintenance and compliance background
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance certification including EICRs and NICEIC certifications
- Previous experience managing teams of electricians and/or admin and scheduling teams
- Full UK driving licence, and based within a commutable distance of Tonbridge, Kent
Salary & Benefits
- Choice between a company vehicle or £450 per month car allowance
- 30 days holiday, including bank holidays
