Our client, a dynamic design and build consultancy specializing in high-quality, bespoke architectural and construction projects, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their expanding team.

Known for their meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach, the company combines innovative design with practical delivery solutions.

Operating at the intersection of architecture and construction, the team ensures that every project is not only visually striking but also efficiently executed.

Our client is seeking either an Architectural Technologist or Architect to transition into a Project Management role so offers excellent progression.

They would also consider someone from more of a Building Surveying background.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Architect who is ready to take a lead role in design and project management.

The successful candidate will drive design development, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, oversee technical detailing, and manage client relationships.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence projects from concept through construction and to grow further into a senior leadership position within a supportive and forward-thinking company.

You will have the chance to work on projects including small to large-scale extensions, refurbishments, and conversions, primarily within the Commercial and Healthcare sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across RIBA Stages 0–7, with a proven track record in leading architectural design, technical delivery, and client liaison.

Good knowledge of Revit or Auto CAD is essential, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural design and construction documentation.

  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing architectural projects
  • Commercial or Healthcare project experience (advantageous)
  • Good knowledge of either Revit or Auto CAD
  • Full UK driving license

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while leading teams
