Position Overview
General Manager – Precision Engineering required for a well-established and growing manufacturer of precision engineered products. The successful candidate will provide leadership, coordination and support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Responsibilities
- Supporting and guiding the management team across manufacturing, sales and administration.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring departments are aligned and working effectively.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Supporting sales teams to maintain key customer relationships and help resolve customer issues.
