Position: CNC Miller (Day & Night shift available)
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: £33,000 - 43,000 Dependant on experience
Working Hours: 12 hour shift on rotating shift pattern
Benefits: Night shift premium, paid overtime, company pension, life assurance, profit share scheme and additional holiday entitlement
Bennett & Game Recruitment are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business looking to recruit a skilled CNC Miller to join their team.
The company offers both day and night shift opportunities, allowing candidates to choose the shift pattern that best suits their preferences.
A night shift premium is available for those opting to work nights.
CNC Miller Position Overview
- Set and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure components meet required quality and dimensional standards.
- Carry out machine setting, tooling changes and adjustments as required.
- Complete in-process inspections and maintain accurate quality records.
- Identify and report any machining or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
CNC Miller Position Requirements
- Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of machining processes, tooling and precision measurement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
CNC Miller Position Package
- £33 - 43k basic pay DOE
- Overtime rates and additional night shift premium on top of salary
- Day or night shifts available, depending on candidate preference.
