Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large‑scale new build and refurbishment projects to small value design and construction work, up to the value of around £50m. With exciting projects in the pipeline this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architect to progress their career with a leading consultancy.
Position Remuneration
- 5% company pension scheme

Position Overview
- Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors
- Liaise with other professionals
- Develop project briefs
- Work from inception to completion
- Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
- Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief
- Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD
Position Requirements
- ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
- Lives within a commutable distance of Nottingham
- Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience across all RIBA Stages
- Good knowledge of building regulations
- Driving licence
