A Senior Interior Designer is required for a prestigious luxury interior design studio delivering high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects throughout the UK and internationally. Renowned for creating bespoke and meticulously detailed interiors, the practice works on a range of exciting projects where design quality, craftsmanship and creativity are at the forefront of everything they do.

Job Overview

  • Lead luxury interior design projects from initial concept through to final installation and completion.
  • Develop creative design concepts, presentations, mood boards and client proposals.
  • Produce detailed drawing packages including plans, elevations and technical design information using AutoCAD.
  • Create visual presentations and renderings using Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp and hand sketching where appropriate.
  • Manage complex FF&E budgets, procurement schedules, supplier coordination and project delivery.
  • Oversee project programmes, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
  • Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior designers while providing creative leadership across project teams.
  • Review bespoke furniture and joinery designs, including technical drawings and shop drawings.
  • Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, contractors and consultants throughout project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential, hospitality or luxury commercial interior design projects.
  • Strong understanding of FF&E procurement, supplier management and project budgeting.
  • Excellent design, presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Experience leading projects independently from concept through to completion.
  • Strong technical knowledge of bespoke furniture, joinery and luxury interior detailing.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Esti-PC and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience.
