The Air Conditioning Engineer is required for our client, a specialist operating within the HVAC & Building Services industry. They are looking for an air conditioning engineer to carry out maintenance and repair of commercial air conditioning systems, as well as additional building services works as and when required. You will troubleshoot issues and carry out routine servicing in a mobile role working from West London out towards Hertfordshire.
The engineer must be multi-skilled with building services experience, carrying out other duties such as basic plumbing and electrical works where qualified. The engineer must hold F-Gas Cat1.
Job Overview:
- Maintain various HVAC systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, and ducted air conditioning equipment.
- Carry out other general building services works when required.
- Cover an area from West London out towards Hertfordshire.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working on air conditioning.
- Additional experience / qualifications in another building services discipline, e.g. electrical or plumbing.
- Based within commutable distance of patch.
- Full UK driving license.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per year.
- Company Van.
- Call out rota 1 in 5 weeks.
- Travel paid after 30 mins each way.
