This role will focus on managing import air freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency throughout the process. Job Overview
- Manage import air freight shipments from quotation through to final delivery
- Coordinate shipments with overseas agents, airlines, carriers, and customers
- Prepare quotations, customs documentation, arrival notices, and invoices
- Monitor shipments and provide regular customer updates throughout the process
- Arrange customs clearance and ensure all documentation is compliant
- Verify supplier invoices and resolve any shipment or operational issues
