We currently have an opportunity available to join a specialist manufacturer within the water sector, who offer full design, installation, and maintenance solutions to clients across the UK.

Job Overview:

  • Receiving customer enquiries and converting these into specifications and quotes that are suitable to the client’s needs.
  • Completing full quotations and chasing these with clients.
  • Recording sales orders with the relevant internal teams.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices.
  • Following up with clients after successful sales to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Participating in an out of hours rota occasionally for technical support.

Job Requirements:

  • Sales and/or administration background within the engineering sector.
  • Any experience within the water sector such as pumps, plumbing, drainage, or heating is highly desirable.
  • Ideally holding a Mechanical or Electrical degree.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
  • Strong I.T competency, including Microsoft Office, with any experience using a CRM system desirable.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary between £33,000 and £38,000, depending on experience.
  • Bonus ranging from £2,000 to £4,000, based on performance.
  • Opportunities for progression and development.
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising with tenure.
