I am currently recruiting for a GP Surveyor (Registered Valuer) to join a Chartered Surveying Practice based in the Hampshire area. This role will involve undertaking residential inspections and also preparing building surveys, homebuyers reports and valuations for mortgage reinstatement purposes. The most successful Valuer/Surveyor for this role will have experience in a position similar to this previously and ideally have knowledge and Undertaking residential inspections and preparing Building Surveys, HomeBuyers Reports and Valuations for Mortgage and Reinstatement purposes. This role will involve negotiating deals for buying, selling and renting properties and acting as an agent buying and selling property on behalf of clients. The role itself will include valuing land and property and advising on any issues that may arise. The company themselves are a Chartered Surveying and Architectural practice and they will look at candidates between Portsmouth and Guilford as the company are

looking to extend up the A3 corridor, however as a General Practice Surveyor/Registered Valuer you will be able to work from home and only need to attend the office once a week.
