The company specialises in technically complex façade remediation, cladding and building envelope projects across the UK, working across residential, commercial and public sector developments.

With a strong pipeline of secured work extending well beyond 2026, the business continues to invest in its people, internal departments and operational capabilities to support further growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction procurement who wants to take ownership of the procurement process rather than simply process material orders.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting project delivery, working closely with operational teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials, plant and equipment are sourced effectively, competitively priced and delivered in line with project requirements.

The role offers genuine scope for progression as the procurement department continues to develop, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility and contribute to the management and future direction of the function.

  • Strong earning potential through a departmental performance incentive scheme.
  • A business that recognises individual contribution and rewards employees who add value.
  • Salary & Benefits
  • Departmental performance incentive scheme, with significant additional earnings achievable through purchasing efficiencies.
  • Discretionary Christmas bonus.
  • Pension Scheme.
  • 25-30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
