Salary: GBP40000 - GBP45000 per annum + Van, 33 days holiday, on call bonus
Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: London & Home Counties
We currently have an opportunity available to join a well-established facilities maintenance company who specialise in servicing, maintaining and refurbishing electrical and fire/smoke safety systems across London and the surrounding areas, based from their offices in South-East London.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Overview
- Completing tests on emergency lighting, fire alarms and associated life safety systems
- Completing general electrical maintenance and remedial works
- Assisting with electrical and mechanical installations where required
- Working within a range of commercial and mixed-use properties, mostly across South East London, East London and parts of Kent/Essex
- Working on a 1 in 8 week on call rota
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Requirements
- Electrical maintenance background, either as a fully qualified Electrician or as an Electrical Improver
- Hold 18 th Edition, with additional qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 and 2391 Inspection and Testing highly desirable
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Based within a commutable distance of Erith, Kent, and comfortable travelling across London
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- 1 in 8 week on call rota (£150 standby payment)
