We currently have an opportunity to join a long-standing specialist within the electrical projects sector, who have been completing CAT A & CAT B office fit outs across London for over 40 years.
Job Overview:
- Manage electrical projects across the office fit out sector from conception through to completion, with values ranging from £1m - £1.5m.
- Procure labour and materials, and keep project costs in control.
- Working from the head office in Bishops Stortford, with regular visits to sites across Central and East London.
- Being the point of contact for client contact, escalations, and site issues.
Job Requirements:
- Strong background within the electrical construction sector, with any experience working specifically on office fit out projects highly desirable.
- Confident in managing projects, liaising with clients, procurement, site/labour management, and compliance management.
- Based within a commutable distance of Bishops Stortford and happy to travel to sites across Central and East London.
Salary & Benefits:
- Expenses paid for site travel (fuel or train fees).
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
