Job Overview:
As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a mix of professional and project-led services across education sector portfolios. This will include undertaking condition surveys, producing detailed reports and supporting feasibility studies to assess project viability. You will be involved in managing projects from initial planning stages through to completion, including supporting contract administration, overseeing programmes and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role will involve regular client interaction, working closely with academies and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of estate improvement works.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in Building Surveying within a consultancy environment
- Experience carrying out condition surveys and producing reports
- Understanding of project delivery and contract administration

- Working towards or keen to achieve MRICS or equivalent
