- Comparing and evaluating supplier quotations to ensure best value and suitability.
- Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements.
- Tracking purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Reviewing the quality and suitability of purchased goods.
- Entering supplier information, pricing, and stock details into the ERP system and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
- Preparing cost analysis and procurement reports.
