Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for a well-established main contractor based in Cardiff. My client prides themselves on the positive influence they have had on the local community. They have done this by supporting community groups and visiting schools to deliver career and health and safety advice; for their efforts my client have gained community awards as well as multiple other awards for various projects. The Assistant QS will be travelling to sites around the Cardiff area. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have at least 3 years’ experience as an AQS within the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for a well-known construction company on projects ranging from £35mil+. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working predominately on student accommodation, however, my client works on range of different sectors including commercial and industrial. training development is done on a threshold application process which, once completed, you will be promoted internally regardless of whether there is a vacancy available.
