Our client is a HVAC Principal Contractor in London with over 20 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent success, they are seeking an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join their ever-expanding HVAC Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working across VRV, VRF, Split, Multi Split, FCU & AHUs. The role will also include critical cooling such as CCU, CRAC & DX systems.
The Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer will be expected to complete various maintenance tasks and will occasionally support on-site. This role would be ideal for a junior candidate seeking progression or a senior engineer who is seeking a maintenance-only role.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience of attending commercial sites, working across service, PPM, fault finding and repair.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in air conditioning.
- Able to work across London & Home counties.
- Full Driving Licence.
- F-Gas Cat 1.
Salary & Benefits
- £35-45k based on experience.
- Overtime paid 1.5 & 2x based on 10 hours including site and travel time.
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays rising with service.
