Job Profile for Senior Building Surveyor – LF270181 Our client a well-established and growing specialist and multi-disciplined surveying consultancy who are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing company on a remote / hybrid basis covering the West Midlands area on a full time, permanent basis. They are a specialist in providing building surveying services, academy surveying, funding and estates strategy planning to their education clients nationwide. The Senior Building Surveyor will be involved in the delivery of new build and refurbishment education projects. In addition to building estates and energy strategies to academies trusts. Senior Building Surveyor – Position Overview Estate’s strategy, contract administration and project-based works Working with clients on projects across the Birmingham area Reporting to their Leicester head office once per week Working with and reporting to the Managing Director Delivering and managing education refurbishment and new build construction projects Working with academies trusts on estates and energy strategies Senior Building Surveyor – Position Requirements Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a consultancy environment MRICS qualified or on the APC route Knowledge of building and construction in the education sector would be ideal but not essential A driving licence is essential due to the nature of the work Strong communication skills Senior Building Surveyor – Position Remuneration Salary: £45k – £55k (Guide only – DOE) Improved package/incentives if you can bring education clients with yourself.
