Bennett & Game are currently working in partnership with a Manchester studio (Deansgate) with a highly respected and award-winning global architectural practice. With international studios, including three in the UK, our client has developed a leading reputation in residential, mixed-use, commercial, and regeneration design.
The Manchester studio, currently 65 strong, is a collaborative and delivery-focused team playing a pivotal role in the design of some of the region’s most ambitious urban developments, including a £200 million regeneration masterplan and multiple high-rise residential schemes.
The team is now seeking a Senior Architect who is design-led, confident working in a client-facing capacity, and experienced in delivering high-quality residential or mixed-use projects. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate and skilled Architect looking to take the lead on projects from concept through to delivery, engaging with clients and stakeholders while working within a supportive, creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead role across multiple project stages, including early concept design and delivery.
- Act as a key client interface and support internal and external coordination.
- Daily use of Revit to support high-quality residential and mixed-use design.
- Contribute to the wider studio design culture, mentoring junior staff and engaging in design reviews.
- Work on major regeneration and residential-led projects, including high-rise developments.
Job Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect with at least 3 years' post-Part III experience.
- Strong conceptual design and presentation skills.
- Confident engaging with clients, consultants and local authorities.
- Excellent Revit proficiency and experience working in BIM environments.
- Demonstrable experience in high-quality residential or mixed-use projects.
- Experience working on high-rise or large-scale residential developments desirable.
- Strong understanding of technical delivery and UK Building Regulations.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of leading small project teams.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary (£40,000 – £52,000 depending on experience).
