Job Overview
As a Building Surveyor, you will deliver a mix of project and professional services across a varied portfolio. This will include undertaking surveys, preparing specifications and schedules of work, and managing projects from inception through to completion. You will also support contract administration and work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery across social housing, retrofit, insurance, and local authority schemes.
Job Requirements
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
- Experience within residential and/or public sector projects
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and building pathology
- Experience delivering both project and professional services
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to sites across London and the South East
