A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to join one of the UK's leading and most reputable consultancies within their industry. Our client is renowned for delivering intelligent, sustainable solutions across the built environment. With offices throughout the UK, they are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing Nottingham team.

Their integrated approach enables clients to benefit from seamless coordination across all stages of design, construction and operation. Our client works with both public and private sector clients, delivering projects that are technically robust, energy-efficient and future-ready.

They are known for their commitment to sustainability, innovation and client-focused delivery. Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to small value design and construction work, up to the value of around £50m. With exciting projects in the pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to progress their career with a leading consultancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors
  • Liaise with other professionals
  • Develop project briefs
  • Work from inception to completion
  • Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
  • Meet with professionals/clients to agree a project brief
  • Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD

Requirements:

  • Experienced Architectural Technologist, ideally working towards Chartership
  • Lives within a commutable distance of Nottingham
  • Strong technical design skills
  • Presentational and report writing skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Experience across all RIBA Stages
  • Good knowledge of building regulations
  • Driving licence
