I am representing a well-established Marine engineering company known for its high standards in servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. Due to continued growth and a strong reputation within the leisure and commercial marine industry, they are seeking an experienced Marine Engineer to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inboard engines, diagnostic systems, and general boat maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that values technical expertise, teamwork, and a passion for the marine environment.

  • Day to day service and maintenance of a range of vessels
  • Fault finding, diagnosis and rectification work on inboard engine/propulsion systems
  • Ordering and fitting of replacement parts
  • Working in a customer-facing capacity
  • Undertaking at-sea tests on repaired vessels
  • Previous hands-on experience with Volvo – Penta engines
  • Previous experience working on maritime vessels
  • Mechanically biased skill set including fault finding, diagnosis, PPMs and breakdowns
  • Experience working on inboard maritime engines
  • Based within a commutable distance of Maidenhead

Marine Engineer Salary & Benefits:

  • Company bonus
  • 28 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
  • Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
