Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a Graduate Contracts Manager to join their team based on a flagship infrastructure project in Havant. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to build a long-term career within civil engineering and project delivery, gaining exposure to commercial management, programme coordination, subcontractor management and operational delivery on complex projects.
The company are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently and proactively rather than in a purely task-orientated role.
